Cookbook prototype discussion

A working call on two open prototype questions. First, confirming the image workflow now that the extractor reads attachment IDs straight from the media library, which means no filename gymnastics. Second, deciding how cross-recipe links from comments, ingredients, and instructions get represented in the printed book, with the inline-annotation versus references-appendix tradeoff.
