The 32MB import ceiling and the Migrate Guru error are both symptoms of GoDaddy making an ordinary migration harder than it needs to be, and there is a reliable way through that does not involve paying them $70. Since you want to be able to repeat this on your other sites, you will drive and I will walk you through it. Have Local running and your GoDaddy login handy. The rate is $100, invoiced afterward.
