    Within two business days. If your project sounds like a fit I will say so plainly. If it is not, I will tell you that too and try to point you somewhere useful.

    We book a 30-minute call.

    A real conversation about goals, constraints, and the right starting tier. No deck, no pitch. By the end you will have a clear next step regardless of whether we work together.

I genuinely enjoy the part of this work that comes before the work, learning a new business, getting curious about the people it serves, and figuring out where the next move should be. If we have not met yet, I am looking forward to hearing what you are building.
