A regional gaming festival needed more than a marketing site: they needed tools to manage vendors, collect payments, and keep attendees informed across a complex multi-day schedule.
Approach
Built the marketing site and the event-ops tooling on a single WordPress install. Modeled vendors, schedules, and payments as first-class entities so the same data drives the public schedule, the vendor portal, and the admin dashboards.
Delivery
Interactive calendar with filtering, vendor dashboard for applications and status tracking, integrated payment flow with automated confirmations, and admin tools for schedule and vendor communications.
Outcome
Festival ops moved off spreadsheets onto a single platform. Vendors self-serve, attendees get a live schedule, and the admin team sees one source of truth.
